The scheduled maintenance for Dashboard 5.0.0 is now complete, and all core systems are fully operational. We appreciate your patience while we implemented these upgrades.

While the main update is complete, we are currently continuing to update the following specific modules: Custom Dashboard & Floorplans: Users may encounter errors or timeouts when attempting to view or interact with floorplan layouts and specific custom dashboards until the updates to these modules are completed shortly.

Update
The 5.0.0 transition is still in progress. Data is flowing and being stored correctly, and data integrity is being maintained. Alerts are now firing, but the dashboard UI remains unavailable while the transition is completed. We’ll provide additional updates as they become available.

The deployment of the 5.0.0 Dashboard Release is still ongoing and has gone beyond the planned maintenance window. Data is flowing properly and being stored, but the dashboard is still inaccessible. We will continue to provide updates as they become available.
