Monitoring

We are currently investigating an issue impacting portions of the Elemental Machines platform that may result in:
- Temporary Gateway or Element-D/C connection alerts
- Delayed data visibility in dashboards
- Delayed processing of incoming messages and notifications
At this time, Gateways and Element-D/C may appear disconnected or intermittently unavailable while queued data is processed and systems recover. Devices indicate that data continues to be sent, but message backlogs on the server may delay dashboard updates and thereby trigger apparent connection alerts.
Our engineering team is actively working on clearing the backlog and restoring normal data flow. As systems stabilize, historical data may backfill gradually over the next several hours.
We will continue to provide updates as additional information becomes available.
